I feel sad. Alone. Lost. Empty. Regretful. Disappointed. Scared. I feel worried. Anxious. Impatient. Avoidant. Broken. Ashamed. I wish time could stop. Or slow down. Stretch out. Or skip days. I wish I were skinny. Attractive. Confident. Not an alcoholic. Everything feels meaningless. Inevitable. Pointless. A waste. Worthless. Nothing I do matters. Nothing will be okay. Nothing. I am nothing.
